Bake-free Brick Setting Machine
Bake-free Brick Setting Machine is custom-made equipment for for AAC Block, autoclaved brick and other bricks. Using the equipment will greatly improve the automation level of sintered brick factories, save manpower and cost, and greatly increase economic benefits.
Features of Brick Setting Machine
1. The stacking forms can be adjusted according to user requirements. The operating process is controlled by PLC automatic control system. The main task is to carry bricks from belt conveyor of automatic setting machines to the kiln car.
2. The setting machine has perfect mechanism and electricity, gas control system, which ensure the stability and reliability of stacking.
3. Chuck¡¯s lifting uses mechanical and pneumatic combination£¬which makes chuck lift smoothly, avoiding the drop of clamping due to inertia.
The main gas path is equipped with electronic air pressure ***ection device, which can control the chuck¡¯s double-acting cylinder pressure, avoid the influence due to unstable pressure (when pressure is too high, it will damage the green brick; while pressure too low, the green brick can¡¯t be compressed tightly).
Chuck¡¯s spin adopts friction type torque limiter, making the chuck spin smoothly. Chuck¡¯s walking and lifting is controlled by frequency converter and encoder, to ensure a smooth running and accurate positioning.
Working Principle
When hydraulic brick machine send pressed brick into the step belt machine, and step belt conveyor send a***e to setting machine, setting machine¡¯s grabs fall to step belt machine under the lifting gear drive, then the clamper clamp the bricks and lift up.
And then move to the upper the steam curing car under the drive of horizonal electrical motor, again down to the steam-curing car under the drive of lifting mechanism, then setting machine grabs will loosen the bricks down.
